I am writing this implementation plan alone and my id is: abu.md.shaleh@student.laurea.fi

Background:

Name of the implementation plan is Social media for our daily life. This implementation plan is for those who are students and also working. As an international student, we need to work and study so that we have to do both the thing together and also need to complete the study in time.

Target group:

As I am working at the airport where there are many students who work with me, but all of them are from different schools and from different background but for all of us the purpose is to same to complete the study and earn some money to meet our daily expenses. So, the target group is the students while working and who wants to travel. or the hobby community, we have few members who travel or do some activities together. In the hobby group, I have some members with their partners from other schools.

This implementation plan is important to all of us to make a balance of working and study life. During the vacation, we all just work and also take some online courses to finish the study as early a possible. This implementation plan will help other students to study and work without any hassle. The main purpose is to communicate with each other and complete the assignment in an effective and efficient way. Due to corona, we are studying from home, so we need to communicate and do our job without any problem.

This implementation plan can solve a big problem without going to school we can complete the study. It also solves a problem to communicate easily without spending money. Our objective is to study which can also be possible by calling other students that incur money. As we are at home so we have to study from home for now so the implementation plan could be useful for others and it can solve their communication gap problem.

Social media tools and services and how they are used:

For working purpose, I would suggest using WhatsApp, because it is popular and most of the people use it here you can talk, send a text and can share files. There are other apps with same feature, but it is the most used one so that I have picked it up.

For the study purpose, I will suggest using WhatsApp, hangouts and Microsoft teams. The reason for using WhatsApp is same that everyone use it and it is convenient to contact with others. Google hangout is for the video conference, some people could say that skype would be best for the video conferencing, but when there is not good internet network then it is difficult to communicate through skype where you can communicate through google hangouts. Another reason to use hangouts is that as most of the people now use google chrome browser so they can add on of hangouts so what while using a computer they can get a notification on the computer and on phone obviously. Microsoft team I would suggest using for doing group assignments where everyone can see what others are doing so that they can work. When you want to contact other members you can send a text through teams and also can make a phone call, if a call is not received then you can leave a voice message.

For the hobby community, I suggest Facebook. As my hobby is travelling and doing outdoor activities so that I would prefer for Facebook because I do not want to be a part of the community that I do not know, my community is those people with whom I am close and comfortable. Facebook is the platform where I share personal things so that I do not want to make friend with some unknown person. For travelling activities, we can see the place review on Facebook and also it is the place to share some memorable memories. On Facebook, you can do group chat and can create a group where you can share your thoughts and take others opinion and you can make a poll for choosing a place where to go. While you are travelling you can share the stories so that your other friend can see, and they can go if they want.

The aim is to study, work and to go travelling and my decision of choosing an online platform is supported by the convenience of using an online platform by others. All of those are part of our life. After waking up we go to Facebook where we get all of the information we need just like a newspaper. Whatapp is used by almost everyone even some family has WhatApp group, this is al become a part of our life. Microsoft team is also provided from the school which is free to use.

For working the purpose there is privacy and security issue that you can not send any official documents like a roaster, certificates or any other letter through these online platforms. To send those you can use your email address or company will provide an authorised online platform which company is using, it could be an ERP. For study and travelling there is no issue with the security because here we will discuss the educational things and for travelling just the name of the place, and how to go.

Updating and maintenance:

An implementation plan can be updated by me or other students who want to use it for their purpose. It is possible that some other online platform can come and become popular, so we need to use those.

My implementation plan is open and free to use. All of those online platforms are available in Windows, Mac, iOS, Android and Windows phone. Anyone can download those and can use.

The continuity of the implementation plan can be ensured by me as long I am alive, after finish study I will start working so in that community I will use those platforms. The most important thing that in my blog anyone can comment in this post, if they are using these platform by this is how we can see that others are using the same plan.
